Our coffee is roasted and packed to order and we will endeavour to dispatch your coffee within 24 - 48 hours (excluding weekends). In case of any delay we will try to notify you of this at the time of your order.
If we receive your order before 9am, we aim to process and dispatch your product by the next working day. This cannot be guaranteed and Third Wave cannot be held responsible for operational issues and delays.
Orders will be posted to the address received during your checkout process.
Delivery options and charges can be chosen at checkout and will be added to the price of your basket.
We do close over festive periods and our opening times for those periods will be posted on thirdwaveroast.com and via various social media channels.
Returns & Exchanges
We will always try our best to provide you with the highest quality product available.
If for any reason your product is incorrect or damaged, or you receive a product you did not order, Third Wave Coffee Roasters offer a refund or exchange policy provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods. Please contact us to arrange return of the goods.
Refunds and exchanges will only be offered for packets of coffee that are unopened. For reasons of hygiene and public health, refunds are not available for opened/used products.
The costs of shipping back to Third Wave are to be paid by the customer. We recommend that you ask for a 'proof of postage' as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit.
