By purchasing items from this website, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions set out below.
These terms of order in no way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
A contract between Third Wave and the customer will not be entered until you receive an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. This acceptance email will consider the order as complete at the time Third Wave sends the email. Items cannot be bought for resale without prior contact and permission. Third Wave reserve the right to refuse any order which we consider to have not met our terms and conditions. Third Wave also reserve the right to not fulfil an order providing the payment has not been processed or a full refund is given. Placing an order and giving debit or credit card details through our server you are bound and contracted to the sale unless Third Wave decides otherwise.
If goods are returned due to being faulty, so long as they are returned within a reasonable time, the remedy afforded to the customer under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended), is a refund. Also, where a consumer exercises his cancellation rights the customer will be given a refund within 30 days of their cancellation.

Cancellation Rights
As the customer you have the right to cancel as required by the Distance Selling Regulations (not including ground beans or beans roasted to your specification). As the customer you have the right to cancel your order without giving a reason. The cancellation period in the case of contracts for the supply of goods begins with the day on which the contract is concluded. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of 7 working days, beginning on the day after the day on which the consumer receives the goods. You the consumer can be asked to return and pay for the cost of returning the goods. Further information on this can be found on the Department of Trade and Industry Website. Roasted coffee is excluded from these terms.
When an order is placed you will receive an order number via email; please quote this is any further communications. If you do wish to cancel your order, please inform us as soon as possible. We may able to refund you, provided it has not already been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
In similar fashion, if you wish to alter an order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to amend the products if it has not been dispatched.
Privacy Policy
When ordering products from Third Wave Coffee Roasters Limited, we must collect certain information such as your name, email address, billing and delivery addresses, phone number and credit or debit card information. We will only use this information to process any orders you make and to communicate any updates or issues arising with your order if and when necessary.
We do not and will not share, sell or trade any personal information with third partied unless it is required in order to fulfil your order or payment.
Email updates may be sent to let you know of new products and offers, however if you do not wish to receive these please email us at hello@thirdwaveroast.com or click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of an email circular.
When a transaction is carried out you will be connected to a secure server, where all information is encrypted. All credit/debit card details can only be seen by Strip, our Payment Service Provider. We are not able to view your card details and as such if a refund or cancellation is required, we will make a request to Stripe. https://stripe.com/us/privacy

Handling Complaints
In case of a complaint or query via the online form or hello@thirdwaveroast.com, we will acknowledge these as soon as possible and advise the customer of how long it may take to resolve any potential problems.
